Most people don’t realize that any time you are injured on the job, even if the accident causing the injury, is your fault, you may be entitled to benefits. Benefits include, compensation payments while out of work due to the injury, medical benefits, medication, mileage payments to/from medical appointments. In some instances, home modifications and attendant care while disabled.

You are not required to pay any “out of pocket” attorney’s fees or costs.  No fees & costs are due unless you receive or are awarded Workers’ Compensation benefits.  In many instances the Workers’ Compensation insurance company is required to pay your fees and costs.

Contract disputes, Real estate contract disputes, commercial litigation, consumer fraud, Probate litigation.  All are handled on a case by case basis and in some instances, if the client prevails, there may be no fee paid by the client, but by the losing party.

There is no fee charged for an initial consultation.



personal injury & wrongful death

Auto accidents, slip and fall accidents, premises liability& products liability accidents, medical malpractice, or any injury caused by the negligence of another.

Any injury or death caused by the negligence of another is handled on a contingency fee basis, with no fees or costs due unless there is a recovery.

We can help with any questions involving divorce, criminal matters, business issues, corporate matters or other areas of law not covered above. Alternatively, if we are not able to help you, we can refer you to an attorney who handles your type of case.



insurance denials

Most insurance companies try to settle homeowners damage cases for as little as possible.  It is important to have an attorney represent you in these cases. There is no fee charged for an initial consultation.

Homeowners insurance denials are handled on a contingent fee basis.  No fees are charged to the client unless a recovery is made.  If suit is filed and the homeowner prevails, the fees are usually paid by the insurance company that is being sued.
